-stated that there is an interface between the clerk and treasurer functions of CTAS
-willing to come a Friday/Saturday in March (meet clerk Friday afternoon and clerk/treasurer on Friday evening/Saturday)

3. 2010 Calendar Approval – normal schedule except for March Annual Meeting and
September 2010 Primary Election conflicts
