Monthly Meeting

Date: September 13, 2011

Location: Stanton Town Hall, 31186 - 40^th Ave Way, Cannon Falls, MN 55009

Attending: Mark Dubbels, Paul Schluter, Neal Sjoquist, Cheryle Peters, (Secretary), and John Krantz.

Mark Dubbels called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM

Pledge of Allegiance was recited:

Approval of Agenda: Mark Dubbels made motion to approve agenda. Neal Sjoquist seconded the motion. Motion passed 5/0.

Approval of Minutes from August 9, 2011:

Mark Dubbels made motion to approve minutes as corrected. Neal Sjoquist seconded the motion.

Motion passed 5/0.

Zoning Certificates

Old Business

Red Cross Paper work was addressed. Cheryle informed the PC that she had met with Cindy Becker and her replacement on August 23^rd to finalize contracts.

Map Upgrade- Paul Schluter presented map samples. A request was made to include section #’s. Discussion regarding the final map product followed.

Mark Dubbels made a motion to recommend to the town board approval of the upgraded Stanton Township Zoning map. John Krantz seconded the motion. The motion passed 5/0.

Mark Dubbels made a motion to recommend to the town board approval of the changes to the Stanton Township Ordinance as presented to and by the Planning Commission’s review, 9-13-11. John Krantz seconded the motion. The motion passed 5/0.

No news on Capx 2020.

No news on Lake Byllesby Park.
